Meet Dolly and Pony
Dolly (she/her) and Pony (they/them) met over 7 years ago and begun their creative journey together shortly after. Pony, having already been in SW for 2 years, enlisted the help of Dolly’s aesthetic eye to capture a majority of their NSFW photos. As they grew together, their work grew as got better, good enough that others were reaching out to ask who took Pony’s picture. They finally feel ready to bring their style of photography to the world, and hope to fill a hole that is needed for fairly-priced boudoir and queer lifestyle photography in the Midwest.
Safe and accessible digital boudoir photography
We are Covid-safer, meaning we test regularly, are vaccinated, and can mask during your shoot if needed. Air purifiers can also be provided.
How does shoot pricing work with Portalis?
We offer three different shoot length/types, and each shoot type has a sliding scale price range. Once your contact for has been submitted, we will email you with a comprehensive pricing sheet for your conceptual shoot. The highest priced shoot we would offer is $1.25k for a full day shoot, and the lowest we can accomidate is $50 for a 30 minute mini shoot.
We offer a FREE shoot every month up to 2 hours to one Black trans individual in the adult entertainment space. If you would like to take us up on this, please fill out the Book Portalis form and remember to include a comment about the monthly free shoot.
Where is the portal?
We create portals through the camera and thoughtful aesthetic scenery design, set dressing props and accessories. Our studio is located on the South East side of Chicago and can be transformed to fit your vision. Additional locations, be it a free outdoor location or a Peerspace booking, are available with advanced notice (Peerspace location cost must be covered by the client). We have a list of favorite locations if you need to jog your imagination!
